I referenced the spring NYC election and provided a link to it.  The point being that the error rate is high for first time mail-in voters, which is why PA's new 2.3M mail-in votes with a 99.962% acceptance rate are beyond dubious.

PA rejected 2,500 of 266,000 mail-in votes in 2016, but only 1,000 of 2.6M for the 2020 election.  Pigs are flying, there's ice in hell, and the Cleveland Browns have won the super bowl.

Coach that is not how it is going to go. Ellis is apparently an idiot. That is a far fetches scenario that has been given little if any chance to succeed. What will happen is similar to what happened in 2016. A senator will raise an objection. It will be discussed.. maybe an adjournment maybe not. But in the end. Its more complicated than that and it comes down to delegates per Republican party and Democratic party in Congress. I think the Republicans would have 26 votes and could carry the win. However getting there is highly unlikely and if it did, it would actually be as you said, one party that happens to have a majority would always win because they would just contest it for whatever reason on the floor on Jan 6th. Which raises for me a HUGE red flag that we need to take a good hard look at all the election rules going forward. for 200+ years we've relied on a loose set of rules and faith that representatives have the interest of the people at heart. The Republicans have shown us that is a huge mistake in these times. They have no morals or qualms about stealing an election. Don't get me wrong.. if the shoe was on the other foot, the Democrats that are now aware of how their counterparts have tried it, would in fact try it themselves going forward. Thats why we really need to firm the rules and take "I trust them to do the right thing" out of the equation

Well, some states sent out absentee ballots to every voter registered in that state and the rest only sent them out to people who applied for them.

That might be what happened in your case with getting ballots for people who used to live there.

You couldn’t use those ballots though because your signature wouldn’t match what they have on record.

Are you under the impression coach that all affidavits contain factual information? Let me help you out. Some do, but others contain what the affiant believes to be factual information but in the case of many in the voter fraud case, they were ignorant of the proper protocols on voting and reporting things they thought were inappropriate but when investigated turned out to be appropriate. They were just ignorant. So they signed the affidavit, wasn't intending to lie, but the information was actually not evidence of fraud. Don't believe me? Ask the REPUBLICAN officials and DOJ/FBI that looked into the claims..
