while both left and right r completely blind to reality... in terms of the moral framework constructing the facade presented – the right at least has its origin in logical, 'godly' principles.

The right represents high morals hard work careful spending going to church on Sundays and maintaining the recipe for success our forefathers handed down to us. Under Republicans the country (should) flourish economically and project strength to the rest of the world.
Unfortunately nobody- not Republicans for sure- wants to live in a country run just by Republicans. The left balances things out spending some of that hard earned cash on things that are fun, creative, make you feel good. Things that need to be changed. Republicans tend to want everything to stay exactly the same. Their ideal country would stagnate and quickly fall behind the rest of the world.
I get that Liberals are vital for this country to thrive, what I don't get is why liberalism seems to have intensified to the point what's bad is good, you go to church well I'm an atheist you're straight I'm gay you work hard I sit on my ass you want a strong military I want to tear down the military. You don't wear a mask so I do you see where I'm going with this?
What this country desperately needs are more moderate liberals. Going off the deep end isn't good for the country. Trump spends 4 years doing things that are good for our national defense for our economy and the first thing on Bidens agenda is undoing whatever Trump did. So in 2024 what happens then? Trump gets re elected and spends 4 years redoing what he already did?
We are regressing as a nation big time as other countries are gaining. We will never be the force we once were so long as this two party political system DEEPLY DIVIDES US. my stepdad has cut off friends he's known 30 years because they voted for Trump! My mother is doing the same! Families are being divided friendships lost OVER POLITICAL PARTIES???
Where are the polticians who only care about doing what is best for America? Aren't we supposed to be the highest priority? Apparently Democrats saw getting rid of trump as the only focus this whole year. That's it. Only thing I heard on TV, every campaign every candidate from the left. It's nauseating.
I want to vote for a president who has some good ideas balanced with some so so ideas and I want to have a couple attractive choices, not A or OH MY GOD NOT B! WAIT, A ISNT SO GREAT NOW WHAT??? WHICH ONE AM I LESS AFRAID OF?
Heres a thought, come election time we the people send Washington current issues ranked by importance and however many major issues/topics we get x number of candidates and each candidate can focus on some with compromises on others. The lucky winner focuses on those issues and reps the US to the rest of the world. Four years later we do it again. Simple.
Americans should never hate or fear a presidential candidate that idea alone is preposterous. Yet that is reality in 2020....
