Tell them to check for HIV you Trump sucking potato dog.

Hematocrit, Hemoglobin, are good to know. You should be at 48 or under. If not, tell your doctor to give you a script so you can give blood every 4 weeks to bring it down. Or maybe you don't have to have your doc do that over there.
Cholestrol is useful to know, however nowdays it seems all the sport doc are not placing as much emphasis on the #'s as much as they are the particle size. Again, not sure how it is over there, but could be different. It is helpful to know both. HDL and LDL are going to mostly be genetic for the large part, but still within possible change if you apply yourself.
Your PSA is important to know. As long as you are not taking any masking agents like saw palmetto, or statins or cialis.
Fasting is useful for getting your numbers down prior to the test. However, you don't walk around all day in a fasted state. My doc prefers I have my labs done after 2pm. It gives a more accurate reading to what a usual day may be instead of one that had prep prior to it.
Ideally, you will not have trained in 72 hours prior to the test. As stressful training can have some readings elevated.
Typing too fast so there will be some mistakes above. sorry.
