OMG, I wish you guys would have been at Golds last night!!! This dude walks in, huge upper body, guy was about 250-265 (all up top, you could tell). He goes over to leg extensions and does supersets of leg extensions and shaking his quads back in forth like he's gonna hit a leg shot and never flexed them! My buddy goes up to him and asks if he's doing a show and he replies..."no, bro, i'm on a mass cycle right now and I'm trying to put some mass on my quads!..."! Are you f*king joking? So my buddy asks if he squats and he says that he can do 6 plates if we wants but says their over rated, all you need to do is like 20-30 sets of extensions and your good to go. What a tool box! This calls for a new t-shirt called the....
