I remember that documentary. The Chinese guy was an idiot. All he did was complain. Everything was someone else's fault. Dismissed and alienated anyone who could be of help. Instituted no systems of accountability or progress reporting and preparedness.

There are useless fuckheads all over the place. Good management and workflow systems make them productive. McDonald's can plug any dimbulb into its system and make money while maintaining quality.
