I think Dave D mentioned the chariots in the bible as vehicles used by angels. From memory, they had wheels and the rims of the wheels had eyes on them. I can't recall anyone seeing one. It's been saucers, perhaps due to social contagion, but all sorts of shapes have been reported. I tend to doubt there is any hard evidence for extraterrestrial vehicles recovered for example, but who the hell knows. If there is and it became public it could cause quite the social upheaval I think.
