At first I thought this video was from Fouad Abiad's video, but I realized this is from one of his sponsored bodybuilders.  Good for Fouad - I hope his supplement company does well.

I thought the video would show the improvements, but it just talks about them, mainly.  Some shots of Hunter are shown, but I think they are all from content available on his Instagram or elsewhere online.

I wish more bodybuilders would not remain so covered up so close to the show.  There are many things that drive this, but I think a part of it is either insecurity, or [more specifically] insecurity due to not wanting to give a bad image of themselves in the minds of the judges so close to the contest - but here's the thing: almost ALL bodybuilders remain covered up at expos, and in videos leading up to contests.

And bodybuilders can capitalize on that by actually showing their physiques.  People at fans want to see bodybuilders up close [many of them have never seen a bodybuilder in real life before].  And if judges see a bodybuilder with a line much longer than he would have had, had he remained covered up, that would impact the psychology in the minds of the judges as well.

I always found it interesting that the most ripped, biggest, and most developed men on earth would remain covered up.

I have never seen Kai Green at at an expo not completely covered up in a tracksuit - if not in multiple layers of clothes.
