Gabe Pena, had to drop out of WSM during the contest as his heart rate would not come back down after an event.
A shame, was curious to see how he would have done in all events.

Plus its a raised handle, but still yeah, crazy strong.

Very impressive but the it's a shorter range of motion than a barbell. It also puts you in a better position to pull.

It's a different lift completely.

The first time i tried to pull 500 with a trap bar i was humbled.

Not as easy as people think. Puts stress in other areas.

Any 500lb lift puts tremendous stress in all areas.
