Salt isn’t cholesterol, salt would be expanding vessels n yes higher blood pressure and more water needed. But I see nothing wrong with a higher volume of blood in circulation

Sugar causes blood pressure. To increase due to hardening of arteries and overall constriction wich isn’t as good

Salt causing more calcium in blood is usually off set or isn’t entirely understood

Salt can be a problem when combined with high carb intake. Insulin also affects storage of sodium by yourl liver. The higher the amount of sodium the more water you retain to keep the concentration of sodium the same in the body. It’s all about the context which most of the doctors are clueless about unless they do some the research regarding nutrition on their own.

Not only is unrefined salt harmless, but it's actually essential for good health, and enhancing training and athletic performance.  Why do you think Gatorade has salt?  It's the sugar that ruins Gatorade.

Solid move by the gimmick to try and copy Marty's style of posting retarded health advice from a meth addict
