X2. The current pros are more conditioned than ever. When did Flex Levrone Cornier have shredded hams. They had better lines and structure no doubt
Uhh...look up Levrone at the '92 NOC. His hamstrings were cross-striated.
You read that correctly. He was almost as shredded at the Olympia later that year.
Some guys today are more "conditioned" in the hamstrings and ass yet, taken as a whole, are nowhere near as defined everywhere else.
Consider Rami. I like him and think he's a monster, but compare his pecs to other big guys from the 1990s or early 2000s. Next to Ronnie, Nasser, Ruhl, Gunter and plenty of others, where are all of the deep cuts and lines running from sternum to armpits in his most muscular pose? Where are the striations in his lower back when he tries to show off his "Christmas tree"?
Apart from Phil, Kai and Dexter at their best showings, where are all these modern guys who are detailed from head to toe like we used to see 15-25+ years ago? People praised Rhoden for being very ripped in 2018. LOL, okay...nevermind the smooth arms and back. What happened there? Waller certainly wouldn't say it looked like a roadmap back there, with fingers running through it
