Explosion in Nashville Tennessee

Seems like it might have been an RV packed with explosives. So far, no one badly hurt, blast radius about 2 city blocks. Lots of blown out windows and building damage ranging from bad very close by, to very mild.  Mixed reports of gunshots in the area before hand. If true, perhaps it was a lure to get police into the area.

A friend of mine lives 5 miles away from there... he heard and felt the explosion.  It was heard up to 12 miles away.

What's interesting to me is that it appears to have targeted an AT&T exchange building, and it led to certain layers of comms being knocked out in the area immediately following the blast

If that was the intention, it also looks like a minimum level of explosive materiel was used in the charge to achieve this

So those two factors indicate a certain level of tactical purpose to this exercise, no..?

Someone who knows what they are doing used just enough of a bang to knock out the comms in the area without a huge amount of destruction and/or any injury

Guys on here are always talking about well organised and disciplined militia - maybe this is the culmination of things in this area - either a warning shot or a capability/response test?

There is rampant speculation this attack has something to do with he 2020 Presidential election as AT&T and this building and the functioning of this building were integral to the auditing of Dominion servers, the voting machines and mechanism that are being questioned. That would make this domestic (perhaps with foreign actors/funding) and politically motivated.

Interesting link - thanks for posting - it kinda chimes with what I was thinking about this.  I mean, they went to extremes to try to minimise civilian casualties, to keep the public 'onside'

Chaos mentions above that there's still a residual effect on some systems - including 911?  So imagine if a few of these events were synchronised by an organised group using some form of decentralized (analog) radios - they'd be able to run rings around LE...
