I'm on the fence about posting personal information. Sure it's not FB, but if you piss someone off and they retaliate, i don't see much of an issue.
With GB most of us are just joking around and shit posting half the time, but if you make it personal and someone "outs" you, that's your problem.
Many people are outed due to their own stupidity; giving out their real name, place of work, email address, etc. Most don't realize how easy it is to track people down with simple data.
Most of you fail the remember a lot of your personal data is public information, just with your first, last name and address it's easy to get some very sensitive information about you. Much less if they have skills to hack deeper into things, which is very easy.
It has always been a slippery slope to post real information on the internet. Even on social media people post very personal/sensitive things that will always be on the internet, forever. That's why many people don't even have social media accounts.
Hell, some of the best threads on GB were outings. Pillowtalk, pumpster, suckmymuscle, etc.
I think it's important to expose these frauds, some of these guys had people convinced they were elite bodybuilders, when they were just full of shit.
That's why you never take advice from random people on a message board. Specially a bodybuilding board filled with closet gays.
