Keanu Reeves has a physique like most men who aren't over weight at the age of 56. If he's driving women crazy it isn't his physique that's doing it. But then, many if not most women don't care how a guy looks, within reason. Lean and healthy is fine. What they care about is what's in a man's head and what's in his heart. They definitely don't care that doesn't have a lot of muscle or isn't self-absorbed with his body and how it looks.
