From a biz standpoint I don't know that it is or is not a good move for those companies to do what they did. They will lose money, and maybe they would lose money either way.   From a "its my company and I can do what ever the fuck I want":, they can do what ever the fuck they want.

Most people I know who voted for him are normal, successful people, who just like his policies, ignored his words, and disliked what the left offers.
