If he insists on the barbaric "send me your address" thing, I would be willing to do this. First, he sends me his name and address. I mail him a letter containing something that he has to identify to prove he received it. That way I know I have his name and address. At that point I would send him my info . If he doesn't agree to that I don't know why he would expect me to send him my information. Venmo or Paypal is the obvious solution

so the guy I don't know but is high school friends with a couple I do know paid off. Back story is this guy is a right wing nut that was mouthing off that Trump won the election and the election would be overturned and Trump would be sworn in. Around Nov 8th, well after any sane person would know Biden won, he was still spouting off. Unlike some he put his money where his mouth was when he agreed to a $5000 bet that Biden would be sworn in and a $1700 bet that California would NOT turn red for Biden.

Tonight I received the $4200 payment that paid off the balance of the debt. The sad thing is that even after losing $10K in various bets to sane people, he now believes Trump will be crowned King on March 4th because some Coach like source says it will happen. He has forgotten every failed prediction from the recent past and is still optimistic. Talk about TDS, this is totally bonkers. People betting AFTER the election based on an anonymous source is Kool-aid level weird. But hey, $6700 is fine with me. His note on the payment indicated he now thinks Biden is Q... you can't make this stuff up.
