Various states have different rules.  Some require you to show your face and name for promos and others allow you to claim it anonymously.

In some cases the fucking media vultures were able to to find out from the lottery which store sold the ticket and when and they paid the store to see the security footage to pin point exactly who bought a ticket at that time to show their identity.

Good man.  Though I am not sure how it is up there, but I have seen many animal rescues that are simply profit driven for the people in charge.  Sort of like Goodwill where hardly any of the $$ coming in goes to what they claim it does.

Personally, I would love to open a huge hospice shelter for senior animals.  Older animals are the first to be put down in most shelters.
