Jones said, “It’s just memorizing to watch a functional government doing functional government type things. I mean, just a press conference, and there was a human, and the person said words, and the words made sense. Then somebody asked a question, and then the person answered the question, and you are just crying. Oh my God.”

The student loan debt issue has been very concerning to me.  Not allowing it to be included in bankruptcy has contributed to lifetime debt for a devalued degree.

I go back and forth on this.

Should people paying for their kids' college legitimately make them take out loans so they can potentially be covered?

Interesting question.  I am not asking for any of the money I paid from my kids.

As a parent I wouldn't want my kids to take a student loan out if i can pay for it.

The bigger problem is, something I talked about a while back, is the increasing costs for college because loans are so easy to get. 

We are ending up with a generation of college educated people with shitty paying jobs drowning in debt.

I 100% agree rising education costs are BS.

I don't want my kids taking out loans either.

But I also don't want to be stupid and spend $ I could keep if they make the rules favor that.

Texas has been cutting the funding to public universities since the early Eighties...there by increasing the cost to students.
