Report: Convicted Felon Hunter Biden Is Joe Biden’s ‘Acting Chief of Staff’

Convicted felon Hunter Biden is reportedly the “acting chief of staff” to President Joe Biden, usurping Jeff Zients in that designated role.

The Biden family, which made millions from foreign business deals while Joe Biden was in and out of office, is helping to keep Biden in the race, a source told the Daily Beast on Wednesday:

His family is standing with him, his wife Jill and sister Valerie, who Democrats relied upon to provide wise counsel—not just cheerleading. His son, Hunter, has been seen at the White House so much lately that one well-connected lawyer/lobbyist Democrat dubbed him “the acting chief of staff. He’s the gatekeeper. He’s the one who’s bucking up his dad.”

Hunter is the X factor here, wanting to encourage his father like deceased brother Beau did, and not wanting the stress of his felony convictions to hamper his father. Having Hunter on the scene is not helping Biden politically, but that’s not what this is about. A Democrat who worked for Biden earlier in his career says simply, “Biden stood by him through all the darkest times. This is more of a family thing than a political thing. It has nothing to do with his criminal cases, it’s much more about how the family operates.”

Hunter has joined meetings with Joe Biden and his top aides since the president returned to the White House from Camp David, four people familiar with the matter told NBC News on July 2:

New York Rep. Pat Ryan became the eighth House Democrat to call on President Biden to step aside from the 2024 running on Wednesday.

NBC’s chief political analyst Chuck Todd has revealed that a ‘senior’ member of Joe Biden’s cabinet told him two years ago that they had serious concerns about the president running again.

The former Meet The Press host said he sees ‘no evidence’ Biden can serve four more years in his podcast on Tuesday.

Since much of the general public puts more stock in what celebrities say, I am pleased that George Clooney has spoken on the issue of President Biden's fitness. Clooney also believes President Biden cannot win the 2024 election, and I agree. Having said this, Clooney is neither educated in nor an expert, that I know of, in geriatric conative health. I believe he does represent what the average person is seeing and feeling with regards to President Biden winning the election and ability to serve out another term of office.

If Biden were to step down, there is a strong likelihood the Democratic party will nominate Kamala Harris as our candidate for President. If President Biden does not step down and is elected in November, there is a good chance, in my opinion that President Biden will not complete his second term of office. In which case, as Vice President, Kamala Harris would assume the Presidency.

Now, when the truth becomes undeniable, they are jumping ship. Complete phonies, and they know their cred is shot. If Clooney really cared about the things he said, he would have spoken up at the time.

Biden campaign sees major slowdown in donations as spigot shuts off: Reports

Sources close to the President Biden re-election campaign say there has been a major slowdown in donations as a result of Biden’s poor debate performance two weeks ago, according to reports.

NBC reported one of the sources said the hit has already been “disastrous,” while another source said “the money has absolutely shut off.”

Two of the four sources who spoke with the news network reportedly said donations are projected to be down by half “or much more,” primarily from major donors, one source added.

“Donors are negative,” one person close to the campaign said. “They had a call with the president. The call seemed so contrived to people, I don’t think they buy it.

“They called on people who were the most loyal, die-hard. … There were no tough questions for the president,” the source added.

While the campaign may have reported an uptick after the debate, sources said the rise in donations fell off quickly.

Laura Hitt, a spokesperson for the Biden campaign, reportedly told NBC the reports that fundraising was down was “not accurate.”

“On grassroots fundraising, the first seven days of July were the best start to the month on the campaign — and many of those were first-time donors,” Hitt reportedly said. “On the high-dollar side, we’ve had folks max out since the debate, as well.”
