I like this series.

I recall Dominic - there must have been a thread or video of him here.

I was always surprised at how many in-shape bodybuilders stay covered up - working out, or at expos. I find most worry they look bad any time outside the actual contest itself. Kai Greene was always in a track suit.

What do bodybuilders think fans want to see? Lol. Yet most do remain covered up. I think it's a bodybuilder's mentality to never feel they have the perfect physique.

I think YouTube has already decided what channels are popular. Safe, screened/vetted channels. Between 2013-2015, this video would have had more views. I think part of the secret for a YouTube fitness channel is being shirtless in most videos. That worked well for Scott Herman. YouTube is very competitive these days, IMO.

Great post/video.

Dominic doing 130-lb per side for dumbbell bench press is pretty strong.  But I had to do a double take seeing his figure competitor [?] girlfriend do 65-lb per side on the same exercise [130-lb total].

That's very strong for a woman - and for a figure competitor? Excellent.

The Northwestern Ontario female record for bench press is 185-lb, unless that's changed since 2013.

If Dominic's girlfriend is doing 130-lb total for reps using dumbbells I'd have to imagine her max for flat barbell bench press would be 160-lb or more. It may not sound like much for men who work out, but I don't see too many females bench press that much - and definitely not among figure competitors.

Strong couple.

 ;D ;D ;D

This is why I strongly believe speech should be open. I'm no enemy of controversial topics. Not in the least. But I refrained from saying that even though I was thinking it, LOL.

You know... initially I thought maybe she was a female bodybuilder. Then I would have just assumed excessive hormone intake changed her voice. Maybe it was hormones, even though she competes in figure. She's very strong...maybe there's a big genetic component too.

His last girl worked at the Fitness 19 by my house.  She was/is a good fitness competitor who still has a girls voice.  She was much cuter too.  I'm sure his being an asshole, juiced to the gills ticking time bomb had something to do with the demise.  I heard he's working with Matt Jansen now instead of Justin Harris.  True?  False?  For his sake and the hope of seeing 30, I hope it's false.
