Normal citizens are only tolerated because of taxes. As soon as the mid cattle is of no use "they" will go down on them too. Fascism is far more left-wing and socialist in terms of economic policy.

They are generally anti-bourgeoise, despise bankers, capitalists, plutocrats and those in ‘parasitic’ occupations which leach money off the middle and working classes.

The Italian Social Republic from 1943-1945, without the ‘restraints’ of the monarchy of the Kingdom of Italy made laws that every business with over 100 employees must be nationalized and every occupation was represented by government backed guilds or syndicates who would mediate between the state and workers.

The main difference between Fascism and communism is that under Fascism people and businesses can own private property and they are nationalist instead of internationalist.
