My thoughts exactly! I don't fault dudes for selling gear to adults, but come the fuck on!

On top of that, there are 14 year olds at my gym that dwarf him, and I'm 99.99% sure they are running a damn thing, since the majority of them think that the trash from GNC will turn you a fitness influencer! LOL!

Exactly... MOST of us got the solid fountain right from the get-go in the first 3 years or so there’s no need too even be thinking about “help” you bust your ass balls too the wall training get the food intake about right and plenty of rest and recovery time and providing your genetics are there or there abouts the rest takes care of itself

But trying telling these kids under 30 that nowadays....they are think there’s the magic pill or needle too get that “look”.

Jesus H Christ a lot of us way back when barley had enough money for some basic protein powder and the weeks supply of chicken and red meat too even think about steroids what I’d like too know is where or these dumb asses even get the money too afford all this crazy crap I can’t even pronounce they are shooting into themselves @ these younger ages GTFOH

A former co worker of mine has been a trainer there since he retired. He trains most of the freshman/sophomore kids who think they have a chance to make it in sports, as his boy ended up playing professional baseball.

I was 22, 6’ and about a solid 190. Had been lifting for 7 years and my best max at that time was 315 for 2 reps. That was the point I was at before the first time I took the plunge, give or take a year. At that point I had honestly believed I’d hit my max natural potential, now I realize my knowledge about diet , sleep and rest days was inadequate and probably could have gained much more as far as strength goes but as far as size goes I could have maybe gained another 10 lbs by 25 but that’s being really optimistic. The guys have no business touching this shit before 25.

If I knew back then what I know now I would have done steroids at about 15, right after I had my big growth spurt.
"Laying a natural foundation" is a bunch of baloney, if anything some drugs would lay a stronger foundation lol.
It's risky but I see the advantages. I would not have taken tren due to the mental effects.
