I was 22, 6’ and about a solid 190. Had been lifting for 7 years and my best max at that time was 315 for 2 reps. That was the point I was at before the first time I took the plunge, give or take a year. At that point I had honestly believed I’d hit my max natural potential, now I realize my knowledge about diet , sleep and rest days was inadequate and probably could have gained much more as far as strength goes but as far as size goes I could have maybe gained another 10 lbs by 25 but that’s being really optimistic. The guys have no business touching this shit before 25.
