It's horrible.  It reminds me of a local guy here that wasn't even positive but got his hands on PIs anyway because he was convinced they were the best fat burners out there.   Ran them for a couple of years.   Dude ruined himself basically.   Looks like shit. 

Palumbo's lipoatrophy is really evident in this video.

What are you guys saying? That he has HIV/AIDS?
He does appear to be "fat free" but he was always fat free, even when he was bulking and eating McDonalds multiple times a day. He does have strange genetics, the amount of mass he put on was insane. Even with really poor muscle bellies he managed to grow a lot.

His views on his YouTube channel for his Cancer vid are 10 times what his normally gets. And his vid with Bostin and kidney failure was also way higher views than normal.

I can only speak for myself. Several things can cause lipoatrophy. Antiviral drugs is one of those. Genetics can also cause it as can aging. If I'd meant to say he had HIV, that's what I would have said. It is also treatable. Apparently, it doesn't bother him or he'd have done something about it.

He had what some might call dimples when he was younger and heavier.

Roger bad salivary gland cancer. Potentially from consuming to much mouth-watering buttery popcorn while watching so many movie reviews in pre-screenings over the decades.
