This sounds about right. The director of Predator said Schwarzenegger lost 25 - 30lbs for the role. I seem to remember he was #240ish in Commando.

He claimed 6’2, he was measured at his peak at 6’1.5, that’s not that much of a difference

Arnold has more muscular size at lighter weights than most people with his light bones. He dropped weight for predator but also lost weight from the conditions of filming, something like 24lbs.

I liked his daily workout routine for Predator. Every upper body part for one exercise of one or two pump sets. Mon-Fri off the weekend.

He was ill during filming and lost weight. As the movie wasn’t shot in sequence, the weight loss is quite noticeable in some scenes especially in his upper chest, arms and jawline.

Stay Hungry was shot in sequence and you could see him quite literally grow on screen as contest day got closer. Apparently the director thought he’d be too big for Sally Fields so he had to be 210lbs on day one of shooting. It’s a shame he didn’t pose next to Waller at the end of this movie or appear in Pumping Iron in or close to his 74 Mr O condition...

225-235 was his bodybuilding stage weight

and he was way skinnier in Predator

I guess low 200's

The pictures of him sat on the throne for Conan the Barbarian were taken in London just days after his 1980 Olympia win.
However, by the time the cameras were rolling some months later he’d lost some weight to achieve a less muscular and smoother look.
