There are 5 Blechman boys, and 4 of them were the result of 2 sets of twins, hence "Twinlab".

i had to google it because i thought this photo was poorly shopped, that's his real head in the middle, his real body on the right and the fella on the left looks like he spends his time on a thai beach with little boys
