heres an interesting fact for you. In 21 years I have only missed my meds 3 times. My issue wasnt my meds, there are other factors that come into play, people just cant rely on pills. I wont go deep into it but the 2 big things for me were food allergies affecting my brain and self cognitive therapy.  Im not stable now only because of meds, but because I made massive changes in all areas of my life

I have a lot of issues too bro.  I'd be interested  in hearing about some of the food changes you've made as I have crazy stomach issues that have led to anxiety and depression as all of the testing and shit I've tried have never worked.  Always been a little on the bi-polar side since early 20's, but none of the extreme type of behavior or legal issues you've talked about.  When I start feeling angry or about to go nuts on people, I know that it's best for me to just hide away until I'm better tempered.  PM me what you've done food-wise if you got the time, and feel so inclined.  I'll read it.
