Check out the aforementioned Natasha Aughey. That's Anavar and growth and some other things.
I listened to Jessica and she has none of the raspy voice etc which all female juicers get. She competes in the IPF with no loss of strength (if she came off a few months out).
Kinda heavy set, strong bone structure but no androgenized facial features. Look at a some of her face pictures and listen to the voice.

Yes it's possible Jessica's done some drugs, but not at the level of say Natasha. Her being type 1 diabetic might give her extra anabolism/anti-catabolism from the insulin.
