Realistically, Reckless Endangerment is the best you could hope for. Criminally Negligent Homicide would probably fit too, but they wouldn't go for it. Reckless Endangerment, I'm certain they could get.

I am a liberal but I have not been able to stand him and his suck ass brother and their sucky arrogance (and his boring charts and graphs) from the get go. I liked their Dad years ago though. He ran for NY mayor at one point when I lived there.
