He’s talented, but this shit ain’t selling anything, and he’s almost 30, raised rich and immediately into arenas with VH, so he is NOT gonna tolerate climbing any ladders.
Like he’d ride around in a tour bus, playing clubs, etc.
I’d imagine he’ll tinker about his multi-million-dollar studio and occasionally take a stab with new music.
For the record, there is nothing wrong with the song(s), but it’s kinda just heard-it-before. Even if he scores a “hit”, in today’s market, what does that mean?
He doesn’t need money. He’s completing not hungry (for food he is, obviously).
I guess he can just happily work at a snail pace and indulge his creativity when he feels like it. No pressure to hit the road grind or actually make it into anything lasting.
Me, I’m just not into this kind of stale college rock stuff.
