Wow! Dude aged well. So there's more variables at play than just leaning out there.
I heard "Fat Don't Crack", and an example that stood out to be was boogie2988 on YouTube. He had stomach stapling surgery, and went from maybe 500-lb or just over, to around 365-lb, at 5'9".
He looked much older after the weight loss, despite the obvious health benefit.
Put another way:
When we lean out, I think any wrinkles we have become more prominent.
kev always looked WAY YOUNGER than his chronological age, IMO. I saw him at the 2007 Arnold, slimmed down...I can't remember if he was 180-lb or 200-lb, or maybe more. I think 200-lb. Dude was turning 42, and looked 28, IMO
Maybe the secret was peeing in those empty water jugs in the limo on the way to The Arnold that time.
