I know they are easier to get through customs- thats all I know- I know some reputable places sell it - so it probably test out right- otherwise I know these guys wouldnt sell it. I am actually buying some of this stuff very soon

If I'm not mistaken it's the way they are packaged, they are not packaged in a bottle, but rather a thick platic bag, much like McDonald's and other restaurants package ketchup and things of that nature, so they do not stand out as much.
