LOL. I actually believed you when you mentioned the Ferris Wheel. In Thunder Bay, our Indigenous offenders do two years in a "healing lodge" for every murder they commit. It is a revolving door, Ferris Wheel, type justice system here. Until the offenders are released from jail in the rich area where the judges and Crowns live, this type of thing will continue.
