I only know one guy that did it well. He actually got rich off it. It was back in the housing market crash. He had been stupid enough to purchase this huge villa style home in Sarasota that was super overpriced but he believed he could still flip it quickly and make money. Instead he got stuck with it and a horrendous "interest only loan" that only had a grace period of 5 years. So what did he do?
