Most are lying. Even the ones who actually loaded that much on a bar did one fast negative and the spotter did an upright row.

Big E - Yes, he was a legit powerlifter before wrestling.

Jack Swagger - No. Don't trust for rep benches, and don't trust conversion charts.

Big Show? - Big No. #500 for 12, yeah right.

Brodus Clay - #525 Touch and Go? yeah I can believe that.

Kane - That #525 is a maybe. He was a big, thick guy.

Cena - Might have got #465 for a single. He's been a gym rat for years, and if he was bullshitting, they'd call him out.

Cesaro - Does not seem like a #405 bencher, plus that whole functional strength line. Strong people don't harp on that.

Those are the ones I thought were totally possible or totally bullshit.

Harley Race and Dick Slater would kill the entire WWE roster.

Current guys?

Miz, Zigler and Kingston seem like legit shooters.

Maybe Lashley, MVP and Lesnar might be tough.

The one with the most complete fighting skill set is Nakamora. That said, Lashley’s power and wrestling would be tough to handle.

By today’s standards it’s pretty bad but he still has a background in MMA.

Blackman

Meng

This.    Blackman was a legit badass that people were scared of.

Ron Simmons.

Brock.

Bobby Lashley wouldn’t have a hard time shit kicking the current crop.

What do you mean?
They exaggerate their numbers (if they bench 300 they say 400, if they bench 400 they say 500 etc)
