He has stated many times that he would do "anything" and "press the limits" of his body to beat world records and win WSM, which he did.

His world record deadlift was proof of that. And that's when he slowed down, a lot.

I would not be surprised at all if he stroked out before 40.

This. He looks pretty quick to me in his training videos. And his punches look solid. He would straight up murder 99.9% of the population in a fight.
