Later Giuliani issued a statement announcing, “Sidney Powell is practicing law on her own. She is not a member of the Trump legal team. She is also not a lawyer for the president in his personal capacity.” The following week, Powell filed lawsuits on Trump’s behalf in Georgia, Michigan, Arizona and Wisconsin.

In response to Powell's defense strategy, Michael Cohen tweeted “Bad argument!, she should have gone with an insanity defense due to #TrumpDerangementSyndrome.” LOL!

She's an attorney and should know better than to perjure herself to the courts. There is a very good chance she will be disbarred because she did this. However, she's caught between a rock and a hard place. Her only other defense in Dominion's defamation lawsuit against her would be to plead insanity...which is probably accurate as well. LOL!

This is not a defense.  It's an admission of guilt

All Dominion has to prove is that her statements were false and that she knew they were false

In her attempt to defend herself she just confessed to both of those things

Yesterday, several news media outlets cut and paste out of context portions of our motion to dismiss the Dominion complaint to “spin” a message that the election fraud allegations that Ms. Powell presented to various courts and to the public were not credible. I’d like to clarify what actually was presented to the court. First, let me be clear: any suggestion that “no reasonable person” would believe Ms. Powell or her comments on the election is false. The language these reports referred to is a legal standard adopted by the courts to determine whether statements qualify as opinions which are exempt from defamation liability.

As the DC Circuit reaffirmed just last week, there is no claim for defamation when the alleged “defamatory” statement is a legal opinion. Ms. Powell’s statements fall precisely into this category. Ms. Powell reviewed sworn affidavits, declarations, expert testimony, and other highly corroborated evidence concerning the election which Ms. Powell filed with the courts and shared publicly. She continues to stand by those opinions today. Our motion, in part, argues that the Dominion case should be dismissed because legal opinions are not grounds for defamation.

In sum, the legal standard of a technical legal defense crafted by the courts has been improperly manipulated by the media to tell a false narrative. Ms. Powell is not backing down or retracting her previous statements concerning Dominion. Dominion’s case lacks legal merit and should be dismissed in its entirety.

Here's the thing, Joe. I don't need to make a (my) case. The courts will decide whether Ms. Powell and her lawyers have perjured themselves. The Bar will determine their disbarment. And the courts will either award Dominion $1.3 billion or not. Not that it is likely they would ever see one penny of it. LOL! Here's why:

It seems, Howard Kleinhendler Esq. cannot afford or is too cheap to have office space and a receptionist. Plus it was 9:00 p.m. in New York, which begs the question, why is Howard answering his business phone number. The person answering (I think it was a man's voice), simply said "Hello". If someone gets sued they can add in any violation to bolster the case, that doesn’t mean it won’t get thrown out. You also NEVER take into consideration that these attorneys always judge shop. If this trial is in DC (just assuming) you can bet your ass this will be an activist judge with an agenda....DC is literally 90% liberal and one of the most liberal cities in the country. And no, very few liberal courts follow the rule of law if there is a conservative involved
