Maybe, but in the movie industry, when you have a hit and you're looking to get a new film financed, it's easier to do with a known quantity. This is why there are so many sequels. In the early days of the movies, they'd literally end with a cliff hanger to make folks anxious to see the sequel.

I'm surprised. When I started this tread, I thought folks here liked movies where there's a lot of violent fighting. Action movies don't much interest me anymore. I think when I was a kid, I might have been more into them. I've never seen John Wick and it is unlikely I'll see Nobody.

Agreed I was very disappointed in the John wick sequel and didn't even bother to watch the third movie... Typical Hollywood sequel trash, there was no attempt at exploring the things that made the first movie interesting they just attempted to make the same movie again except made it more ridiculous.

I saw the trailer for this nobody film and thought the exact same thing it's just a 4th John wick movie it'll be trash...

I don't mind a good quality manly flick, even if it's the same shit, keeps my testosterone levels in check.
This flick was supposed to be released in February but with the pandemic, there hasn't been a new announcement yet, unless it's being done on streaming service. Anybody knows? ???
