I would take 3-5 ab exercise and do them all in a row to failure,no rest between exercises,then crank out a few more reps till it hurt .
Repeat for 3-5 sessions depending on my prior workout as I did abs after training usually.
Pick 3 ab movements that work best for you as far as feeling them in the targeted area goes,do tri-set with no rest between the 3 movements,catch breath,repeat until dead.
Do a many cycles of these that suit you......then do one more!!
NEVER do direct qblique exercise and I mean never unless you want a wider waistline which I`m sure you do not.
