Has he reappeared yet?  Either he reached through his stomach and pulled his liver out to teach it a lesson or he has died.

RIP Tall Tail Teller.

I lost a bit of muscle no doubt, but I'm coming down the hill not climbing it, so i was okay with losing it,certainly lost body fat and stomach bloat, the mass came back as well, especially over the last year when I've over consumed and weight trained heavier, I'm going back to the diet though, no doubt it worked for me, Ive just stopped my TRT to help me drop weight, aim is to drop the 10-12 lbs extra weight i seem to carry on TRT( 100mgs every 7-10 days )and try to keep it off with the fasting diet. Goal being higher levels without the bodyweight.

Have you started the fasting diet because you’re an “older” trainer?

I have noticed almost every serious trainer I meet over about 40 years old is using some type of fasting in their diet.

Yes I think its for guys who have had their day as far as building mass, my own position I would like to lose some and TRT doesn't help as it helps hold it, but I have trained 6 days a week for over 30 years, the last ten years I have used TRT periodically  to assist with that routine just from the position of recovery. The gym for me the last twenty years has been as much mental as physical benefit. First ten years like most it was all about trying to be Arnold. But I like getting there daily and the small amount of t helps me keep that routine although I'm off it now to try and get some weight off.

Fasting has helped me get through body weight loss plateaus,i couldn't do with traditional dieting plus it flattens the guts out.

The only one that seems to work is where you quit eating after dinner and not eat till lunch the following day the 17 hour fast or something like that it’s called. All calories go in a 6 hour window
