Fatty liver can be improved by fasting at least in my own case, I was diagnosed with fatty liver, started fasting only eating between 10am and 4 pm for three months, helped me get to the lightest I have been in a long time and resolved the issue over 3 months, no alcohol etc, kept it off for a few years, but the weight snuck back on but the fatty liver did not come back, was surprised how well it worked, took some getting used to sleeping wasn't easy being hungry. But your body does adjust after time, needed caffeine for the morning workout.
