Triggerfinger ???
« on: April 02, 2021, 07:07:13 PM »
Anybody ever hear of this ?

My thumb is a mess.............locks up on me and I have to pull it with my other hand to unlock the joint.

Very painful........I see the doc on the 13th. may need surgery.

Just when I was gonna start back training again.

If it aint one thing,it`s another.

Talked to a woman who told me her husband had to have 3 operations........FUCK THAT!!!

Wes my brother i help patients every day with this...90% success rate.  PM me your zip code and ill find you the best doc in town.  Surgery is there if you’re in the 10% group, but avoid getting sliced open if possible.

Had it in my ring finger and had operation.

It began to re-occur but used specific stretches to eliminate it.

With the right stretches you can probably resolve yours.

Yeah, you will need a minor operation to fix it.  Nothing to worry about.  My dad had it done and said it was nothing to it.
(His was the bird finger though)

Thanks for the comments guys and yes,I think keeping in touch with myself was the culprit that caused it.

NSAIDs such as ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin IB) or naproxen (Aleve) may relieve the pain but are unlikely to relieve the swelling constricting the tendon sheath or trapping the tendon. They can also have pronounced side effects over the long term.

See your doctor about breaking up the constriction using a needle or out patient surgery on the tendon sheath.
