Ok? I actually did a year of undergrad on a minority presence grant at Fayetteville State Univ an HBCU.  100% serious.

Right after the USMC, I was piss broke working as doorman/bouncer at the Flaming Mug in Fayetteville, NC.
A female powerlifter at my gym went there and told me was getting a minority presence grant.
I went over to the school that day and applied . I got in with the full grant and they even paid for my dorm room on campus .

She went on to get her PhD in math and I had a decent academic career in physics.

The home in the Ga Mts is a short term vacation rental and my wife does a great job keeping it booked.
We live in a large home on 5 wooded acres with 2 streams , that's south of the Mt place.

A lot of Indian / Hindus have moved into our area over the past 10 years.
Good people and our crime rate is quite low.
