Big guys could move me easily but were shocked when I moved them just as easily cuz I was strong.....hence my double bodyweight bench press and 405 below paralell squat at around 160 which you still cannot do. 

Being that small and living where I lived, I grew up fighting guys bigger than  I was cuz almost everyone was bigger than me................I lost a lot unlike you,but won my fair share as well.

I last grappled in Maui so maybe 10 years ago. I started at 10. So 10-37 or 27 years. The difference is I started at 10 I was high level at 17. Muscle memory is real. You can not learn biomechanics later in life the same way you can as a child. SC cant just pick up grappling in his 40s and roll with me it doesnt work that way

I also started Judo in 1st grade whatever age that is I was overhead throwing kids at recess in 2nd grade
