Update on Hankins pec surgery:

Wood Hankins

"Doctor says some of the muscle has pulled off the tendon. Wants me to get a Chest Wall MRI and is talking about doing the procedure again. It was a very difficult, painful, and long recovery the first time in addition to being an expensive procedure not covered by insurance. I am almost 50 years old".   :o

The Schedule the Doctor gave me has me doing plyometric wall presses the next 2 weeks. Then knee pushups at week 16. Then a full push up at week 20.

I did bench press with weights twice this week already. I am not on their schedule. I am on mine. I am months ahead.

I am way past a push-up but my orthopedic is doing his best to slow me down. I assured him I am taking it easy. I am so n the 40-50 rep range on bench not going heavy just trying to pump blood in. I feel like I can push more but I tried really hard to wait 12 weeks now I am trying really hard to slow down my motivation to train is much higher than what the tendon is ready to do

You tore is 3 fucking times now, you're stupid you'll do it again, You're already not heading advice from the surgeon

3 major tears two minor to be exact And I came back from it each fucking times all the way to the point of benching 325lbs. I am the foremost expert in the world at coming back from this shit. Wait until you see what I can do with two tendons

BINGO...he's calling you a c.unt for not listening.  If you're so confidant, why didn't you tell him that you know more than he does about training?  Come on tough guy....do it.  Stop being a little pussy.  I really hope someone sends a screen shot about what you said about him

Once again, you're ego is getting in the way.   I hope you fucking rip that thing.  I will absolutely fly down and laugh in your face and there's NOTHING you could do about it.

Great go ahea Tell the Doctor tell the physical therapist tell everyone. There is no one on this fucking planet who knows more about my body and its recovery and training than me.

Wow…..

I’m pretty sure someone here told him the doctor was scamming him for money and not to attempt the surgery. I also know he was warned that he wasn’t following doctors protocols with his training.

I think the biggest surprise is that it took this long for an issue to pop up.  All that GH was wasted.

The surgeon and the members of getbig told him not to rush things, but per usual he thought he was invinceable and had no patience.

He never took accountability or admitted he caused these types of issues.

It’s just bad luck..

He said in his post he is too old for the procedure, but he just said he was in the best shape of his life the other day.

I see Spaulding got a kick out of the news.
