It's going to get much worse in big cities. Black gangs lost control of the drug game and most other high level criminal activity. Latinos, Russians, and others are doing the high level shit now and are vertically integrated(from trafficking to distribution to sales). So black gangs have resorted to organized violent crime rings and smash and grabs like the peasants of the gangster world. And upper middle class is more frequently the easier and more valuable victim.
