21 reps is very strong.
My buddy did 23 reps with 315 (T-shirt and inzer elbow sleeves).
One of those barrel-chested guys with the skinny legs. Lifetime drug-free, doesnt even know what Superdrol is/was.
He doesn't follow any of that stuff.
Did 225 for 49 when I spotted him as well. Freaks are out there.
I told him to jump on the sauce and start squatting, nahh, bench and cardio only.
