I honestly don't blame her considering the shit they've done.

I think thr prosecution overplayed their hand .  Thry have very strong evidence but going too hard might influence the jury...especially someone who has had drug addiction isses

I'll be surprised if he gets convicted.

It doesn't matter what's verified...IT WAS OBTAINED ILLEGALLY LIKE ASHLEY BIDEN'S DIARY!!

if you leave a computer to be repaired, you should have expectation that thr repairman will not be shifting through you stuff and copying it the minute you leave the shop.

That's why it's a problem.

Vince, the laptop was not obtained illegally. When he (or anyone) signs a work order it specifically states how long that person has to pick it up, whether it’s 30,60, 90 daysor whatever. In this case I believe it was 90 days. If it’s not claimed then it legally belongs to the store. This was made clear. Hunter never went back to retrieve the computer so it reverts to the store owner. This is perfectly legal.

Coach is right Vince.

I would too but at the same time it would make the “gun control” lobby look bad

Coach is right Vince.

He started accessing and copying information and sending it to people immediately as he admitted.  Even if he came back the next day, we would looking at the same materials

What he did was highly unethical...like the diary

Didn't Biden give the shop permission to access his files when he left the computer with him?  Even if he didn't, Biden abandoned the computer, so what difference does it make when the materials were accessed?

Let's assume what the repairman did was unethical.  Do you think that makes Biden any less guilty of buying a gun when he was using and addicted to crack and lying about it?

He didn't have permission to sent the information to Guilani.  There is no excuse for that

The fact is that any 2 bit lawyer could had this dismissed due to illegally obtained information as well as not even having the gun itself...it could be argued that he had a water pistol.  Because his last name is Biden, he can't use those mechanism and is held to a higher standard...sort of

I'm not following how accessing the computer makes Biden not guilty of lying about using crack?

This has nothing to do specifically with the trial.  It all comes down to ethics.  The information gathered was done illegally and unethical.  It will backfire

As far as the laptop is concerned, if he was concerned over the data on the computer being of criminal nature , you turn it over to the police....not to Guilani

Not changing anything.  The entire episode around the laptop was a CT by Biden to cover it up because of what it exposed.

Airtight case?  Doesn't matter.  I will be surprised if he is convicted.

Jonathan Turley praises prosecution for ‘airtight case’ in Hunter Biden trial

Fox News contributor and practicing criminal defense attorney Jonathan Turley joined America Reports to unpack key moments from the Hunter Biden trial on Friday.

"I thought they put together an airtight case," Turley said.

"They did an excellent job anticipating the arguments of the defense. And so you have had Abbe Lowell, the defense counsel, making a series of claims in his opening statement that the government proceeded to knock down within 48 hours."

"It was a series of arguments that the prosecution did an excellent job knocking down," he said, and added that he doesn't think "there's any discernible defense strategy here other than a nullification strategy."

"Because the arguments put forward by the defense seem to be a mere pretense, almost placeholders, for a nullification vote by one or more jurors. And there's hope for that," he said.

"This is a great jury pool for Biden, this is Biden-town. This is their hometown. And they're reminded of that with the First Lady, who's who's flying in from Europe just to have another day there, and then flying back to Europe. So that message is really being reinforced," Turley said.

"I'm sure the prosecutors are not thrilled by it. But also every juror says they know someone who struggled with drugs. And the combination of that, I think the defense hopes. might get a couple of them to look beyond the evidence. And vote, sort of in an empathic way for the defendant or what he's going through," Turley said.

Number one:  he is lying.

Number two:  he probably knows, even in his demented state, that Hunter Biden will likely not be convicted.

President Joe Biden says he will not pardon his son Hunter Biden if he's convicted on gun-related charges
The president also told ABC News that, regardless of the verdict, he would accept the outcome of the trial, which began this week.

If Hunter Biden is not convicted on gun-related charges, how can you know that President Biden is lying?
