If you're a white latino, you're classified as a "latino"
if you're a black latino A.K.A (afrolatino) you're classified as "black" unless your english is really broken....lol... then you're just a dark skin latino ...

True in one way or another around the world. Sure, there is DNA (for example, in Mexico what percent of your DNA is European versus Native American or European versus African in the Dominican Republic) but most people around the world don’t mainly go by DNA measurement. Various cultures define race in various ways, like in the US white vs. “people of color” (white, black, brown, which doesn’t correspond to how other cultures do it.)
