Some comments say it's the 70kg/ 155lb DBs.

Weird dumbbells - looking at 1 side/head of the dumbbell -

No clue on the top plate, it is thinner than the other 3, the 3 look like 5kg/11lb plates. The big bottom plate does look close in size to the 3, maybe a tad thinner, but it will be denser being a solid piece.

70kg or so, could be correct.

That being said, one arm benching that for reps is fishy.
