I can’t show obliques bhank cause I’m far from lean but don’t care either. So let’s see the fucking arms people,been a while since I posted and arm shot. In this pic I’m 43 245 with arms a little over 22”.I love training arms and don’t give a fuck all about being lean. I should also add I don’t think it’s possible for me to be lean haha.

Also been doing keto for 60 days now and I’m down to 220 now so arms are down to 20.5. So posting one last big ass arm pic as I dont plan to ever be over 220 again.
