5foot9 185lbs is not the goal. Hell he is an inch and a half shorter and 30lbs lighter than me. Yes in posing truncks his legs beat me. In a tank top I am twice his damn size in a t short you wouldn't even notice 185lbs at 5foot9

Mr America 40 years ago in the petite class dude weighs 185lbs and his upper body is tiny sorry no 185lbs at 59 aint shit that is what my one weightlifting college wrestler buddy weighed in college and he was half my size
